Having weathered a series of traumatic events that left me engulfed in grief and emptiness, I sought solace and self-discovery firstly through rigorous body training and business. Mastering the feminine side entered Breath and body work which allowed me to dive deep into my emotions, forming an unshakeable connection with my soul.
Out of this transformative experience emerged VIDYA, my toolkit for Clarity. Recognising the extraordinary healing potential of Breathwork, Nervous System Regulation, Somatic’s and Coaching, to allow life to flow, me and my business to thrive with me.
